Cheryl has been in the title and real estate industry for over 30 years. Joining Old Republic Title (ORT) in 2017, Cheryl serves as a National Commercial Escrow Officer responsible for managing complex commercial real estate transactions across the nation, including business and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and SBA transactions.
Cheryl started her career in the real estate lending industry in 1992, before transitioning into the title industry in 1995, where she developed her skills in Escrow and 1031 Exchanges. Her ability to analyze and seamlessly manage the details of a transaction, along with her adaptability and commitment to customer service have earned her several professional awards recognizing excellence in escrow. She is also a proud graduate of ORT’s Emerging Leaders program.
Wendy began her escrow career in 1999, initially working on residential transactions. She progressively expanded her focus and expertise to include a range of commercial property transactions, including manufactured home parks, multifamily properties, construction projects and low-income housing.
In addition to holding notary licenses for both Oregon and Washington, Wendy obtained her Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license for Washington State in 2003. Wendy is a strong collaborator and avid learner, gleaning deeper knowledge and expertise from each transaction.
Prior to joining Old Republic Title (ORT) in 2022, Sarah spent 15 years in client relations/management and business development for large banking institutions, where she focused on business banking and SBA lending. Serving as a Commercial Sales Executive, Sarah is responsible for growing commercial business relationships and working with her accomplished title, escrow and underwriting team members to facilitate service delivery.
Sarah’s diligence and positive attitude have earned her multiple performance excellence awards with past employers. Her strong communication skills, positive, solutions-oriented approach, attention to detail and follow-through make her a valued service partner to ORT customers.
Alicia started out in the title and real estate industry in 1993 as a Document Worker, scanning microfiche, filing and assisting Title Officers, before moving on to a position as Residential Examiner. In 2015, she joined Old Republic Title as a Title Examiner, responsible for working on residential and commercial transactions.
Alicia currently serves as a Commercial Title Officer. Her well-honed problem-solving skills, depth of experience and commitment to delivering high-quality products to internal and external customers make her a valued contributor to the success of each commercial closing.
