Old Republic Title manages privacy and security with the utmost attention maintaining procedures and practices designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our technology, information systems and data. Technical and administrative safeguards are established and maintained with consideration for industry best practices, standards, state and federal laws and regulations. In addition to the technical and physical controls, it is Old Republic Title’s policy that customer data be collected and retained only as is necessary for legitimate business purposes and/or required by law.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Business continuity and disaster recovery planning is an integral component of Old Republic Title’s risk management strategy. We maintain disaster recovery plans which follow best practices and standards to manage risk associated with information assets. Planning and preparation include periodic testing and continuous improvement to maintain consistency in operation and service to customers.
