Kristin Busch
Kristin Busch is Operations and Sales Manager at Old Republic Title, bringing deep expertise across residential and commercial transactions since 2007. She launched and grew operations in Northwest Indiana and is known for hands-on leadership, tailored client service, and delivering timely, high-quality closings. Kristin holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA from Indiana University. A lifelong Northwest Indiana resident, she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and boating on Lake Michigan.

Nicole Bush is an Escrow Manager at Old Republic Title with 20+ years of real estate experience and licenses in Indiana and Michigan, facilitating escrow services nationwide. Recognized for availability, problem-solving, and smooth closings, she has led teams and closed a wide range of residential transactions, including refinances, short sales, and new construction. Nicole is active in her community, supports local athletics, and values time with her husband and two sons.

Traci Enstrom is the Commercial Closer for Old Republic Title’s Indiana Division, known for precision across complex commercial transactions and collaboration with regional and national teams. She advanced rapidly in the title industry, including roles in residential and commercial closings and managing large volumes of construction draws. Traci holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Purdue University Calumet and brings prior leadership experience in hospitality, logistics, and insurance. Outside work, she enjoys time with her children, reading, and baking.
