Attendees will learn how to properly present and negotiate offers, handle essential disclosures, manage earnest money and contingencies, and keep buyers and sellers well-informed at every stage. The course dives into the agent’s role during inspections, repair negotiations, appraisal coordination, and title work, with practical guidance for preparing clients and documents for smooth closing.

The objectives of the class are to equip Oklahoma real estate agents with a clear understanding of their duties, timelines, and communications required to manage residential transactions professionally.
