Mark is enthusiastic about the title industry and devoted to managing with compassion and determination. Since launching his career in the title industry over twenty five years ago in Solano County, he has succeeded in building several winning operations. During his tenure in the title business Mark has served as Sales Manager, County Manager and Division Manager for Napa, Solano, Placer, Yolo, Contra Costa and Washoe Counties. Mark's sound knowledge of title and escrow, business development, along with the strong relationships he has built over the years gives him a competitive edge over his competition.

With over 35 years of experience in the title and escrow industry—over 30 of them with Old Republic Title (ORT)—Patty is a skilled Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Escrow Operations Manager. In addition to managing commercial transactions, she enthusiastically mentors staff, leads client education efforts and represents the Company at industry events.

Patty thrives on building strong client relationships and fostering team growth.
