Brigid brings over 35 years of expertise to the title and escrow industry. She began her career as a Title Examiner and Subdivision Officer, but her desire to work more closely with clients led her to transition into escrow. Brigid handles a wide range of complex transactions, including subdivisions, commercial sales, high-liability escrows and 1031 exchanges.

Since joining Old Republic Title in 2008, Brigid has consistently earned the Company’s prestigious 5-Star Award, which recognizes excellence and dedication. Her portfolio includes several high-profile projects, including two medical centers, a shopping center and a professional sports stadium, reflecting her ability to manage transactions of significant scale and complexity.
