In this class, we will teach you all about easements and understanding them. We will cover what an easement is, what it's used for, and the steps that need to be taken when creating one. In addition, you will learn the following about easements:
- How easements are defined
- What the title company can provide to clients
- Who you need to talk to before you create an easement- neighbor, surveyor, attorney, lender or title company
- How you can create an easement
